Due to the nature of food products, we accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or there's a quality issue. Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll refund or replace promptly.

Yes — Shilgiri is FSSAI certified, ISO compliant, and follows GMP standards. Our farm and production facilities are routinely audited. We can share certificates upon request.
